What families ask us most.
Why do you publish your prices?
Published prices help you compare the available services. Thomas reviews the written estimate with you and explains what is included before you decide.
Are there costs that are not on this page?
Only the ones we pay to someone else on your behalf: cemetery fees, flowers and newspaper notices. We pass them on at cost, add nothing, and tell you the figure before we book them.
Can we bring our own casket or urn?
Yes. Caskets and urns from other makers are welcome, and we will not charge you extra for using your own.
Can I pay for my own funeral in advance?
Nora can explain advance-payment options, what they cover, and the terms that apply. There is no charge for the initial appointment.
