- How do I order?
- Press Order by email on any product. Your email app opens with the product filled in; add your delivery address and send it. We reply within one working day with a payment link and a delivery time.
- Where do you ship from?
- Every order ships direct from our farm partner in Uji, Kyoto, sealed the same day the matcha is ground. We deliver to London, New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Toronto and Los Angeles.
- What is the difference between ceremonial and everyday matcha?
- Ceremonial is first-flush, with a sweet, smooth taste made for whisking with water. Everyday is second-flush and sturdier, which makes it a good choice for lattes and baking.
- How should I store matcha?
- Keep the tin or pouch sealed, away from light and heat. Once opened, store it in the fridge and enjoy it within eight weeks for the best colour and flavour.
- Do you offer wholesale?
- Yes. Cafes and shops are welcome to write to us through the contact page with their location and expected volume, and we reply within two working days.
