What size storage unit do I need?
A 5×5 holds about 30 medium moving boxes, or seasonal gear and a bike. A 5×10 fits a studio apartment or about 60 boxes. A 10×10 fits a one-bedroom apartment with appliances, a 10×15 fits two bedrooms, and a 10×20 fits a three-bedroom house or a car. Use the calculator on the home page to check your own list.
How much does a storage unit cost?
Units start at $49 a month for a 5×5 and go up to $229 a month for a 10×20. Climate control adds $18 a month. There is no deposit and no admin fee, and the first month on a 5×10 is $1.
Do I need a deposit or a long contract?
No. Every unit is month to month with no deposit. Requesting is free and needs no card: we hold the unit once we confirm your request, and you pay on move-in day. To leave, give us one month's notice.
When can I get to my unit?
Gates are open from 6am to 10pm every day at Northgate, Riverside and Harbor St. Elm Park has 24-hour access. You get a personal gate code by text on the morning you move in.
What can't I store?
No food, plants or animals, nothing flammable or hazardous such as fuel, paint thinner or gas bottles, and no firearms or anything illegal. Furniture, boxes, appliances, bikes, documents and vehicles are all fine.
Is my stuff insured and secure?
Every site has CCTV on every aisle, gated keypad entry and bright LED lighting. Your home insurance may already cover stored items. If it doesn't, we offer coverage from $9 a month when you move in.
