How fast can you get to me?
Send a request online and we get back to you within one business day to confirm a time. For emergencies, call any hour; after dark we are usually there within 90 minutes.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. We quote on site before work starts, and the quote is the bill. Evenings and weekends add $85.
What does the guarantee cover?
Every repair carries 12 months, and heaters we install carry six years. If it leaks again, we come back free. It is written on your invoice.
Which areas do you cover?
Portland every day, with free travel. Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Tigard, Gresham and Gladstone several times a week for a flat $35 travel fee.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or cheque once the work is done and you are happy with it.
What should I do while I wait for an emergency plumber?
Shut off the main at the meter or where the pipe enters the house, switch off power to circuits near the water, and take a few photos for your insurer.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold Oregon CCB #178204 and carry $2M liability insurance. Every plumber is background-checked each year.
