Dining

Brasa Restaurant

Wood-fired Costa Rican cooking, served open-air above the water. Breakfast 7–11, lunch 12–3:30, dinner 6–10.

The kitchen

Cooked over guava wood

Brasa is built around a single wood-fired grill and the day's catch, brought in each morning from boats along Playa Garza. Vegetables and herbs come from the estate's own garden; everything else travels no further than Nosara.

Tables sit open to the ocean on three sides. Table requests are recommended for lunch and dinner; we confirm each one, for guests and visitors alike.
