Jungle Canopy Room

The Jungle Canopy Room is raised on stilts into the surrounding rainforest, so that the king bed sits level with the treetops rather than the ground. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the room to the forest on every side; a teak deck at treetop height is the best seat in the house at dusk, when the birds settle and the ocean carries up through the trees. The stone shower opens to a private garden wall, and natural cross-ventilation with a ceiling fan means the room rarely needs its air-conditioning at all.
