WHERE THE HILLSmake WINE
Estate wines from 48 hillside hectares — grown slowly, made with restraint, bottled with nothing to prove.
Three terroirs on one hillside: the high limestone ridge for the whites, clay-rich lower slopes for the reds, and a narrow east-facing band.
Giulia and Paolo Ferrini bought a neglected estate in 1987 with one conviction: given patience, this land could make great wine.

THE CELLAR SHELF
WHERE TIME MEETS CRAFT
Carved into the hillside in 1992, our stone cellars hold the wine in the quiet dark, unhurried, until each vintage finds its voice.

Thirty-nine vintages, one hillside.
A neglected hillside
Giulia and Paolo buy the estate and replant it by hand over three years.
800 bottles
The first vintage, shared mostly with friends and neighbours.
Into the rock
The stone cellars are carved into the hill: 13 °C, no machines.
Back from Burgundy
Marco returns with a notebook of questions and one rule: never hurry.
The orchard
Five fruit wines from estate and neighbouring orchards join the cellar.
Harvest 2026
Our 2026 harvest visits ran through October 11. Tastings and cellar tours continue by appointment — PLAN A VISIT

“The vineyard sets the terms. My job is to listen well enough not to ruin it.”
Marco trained in Burgundy under two of the region's most respected négociants before coming home in 2004.
He samples every barrel weekly and blends by taste, never by formula. The vineyard sets the conditions; Marco listens.
