Victorian terraced house with cream stucco facade, black door and railings

Service 02

Exterior painting

Weather-resistant systems for period properties and modern builds.

Overview

What is included

London weather is hard on paint. We repair, prime and finish masonry, render, timber and ironwork with breathable systems that protect the building and keep its character.

A typical terraced house facade takes one to two weeks, weather permitting.

How it works

Our process

  1. Step 01

    Survey

We inspect the whole elevation and note every area of damp, rot or failing paint.

  2. Step 02

    Repair and prepare

Surfaces are cleaned, stripped and repaired so the new paint has something sound to hold on to.

  3. Step 03

    Protect and paint

Primer, then two coats applied in dry weather windows, with timber and iron sealed properly.

  4. Step 04

    Inspection

A final check from the ground and the scaffold, with care advice for the years ahead.
