Question 1

How long does a typical interior project take?

Accepted Answer

Most rooms take one to three days. Larger projects — whole floors or full exteriors — are typically quoted with a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

Question 2

Do you offer a colour consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project begins with a conversation about your space, your light, and how you want the room to feel. We're happy to suggest colours, test samples on your walls, and advise on finishes before any work begins.

Question 3

What paint brands do you use?

Accepted Answer

We work primarily with Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, and Mylands — all premium British brands with exceptional pigment depth and durability. We're equally comfortable with any brand you bring to us.

Question 4

Do I need to move my furniture beforehand?

Accepted Answer

We'll handle covering and protecting everything in the room. For large or valuable pieces, we appreciate it if they're moved out of the space in advance, but it's not a requirement — just let us know.

Question 5

What areas of London do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We're based on Portobello Road and work across West and Central London — Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea, Holland Park, Mayfair, and surrounding areas. Contact us for projects further afield.

Question 6

Do you work on commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We've painted offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and listed buildings. Commercial projects are quoted individually with full schedules and minimal disruption to your operation.

Question 7

Is the quote really free?

Accepted Answer

Completely. We'll visit your property, walk the space with you, and send a detailed written estimate at no charge and with no obligation.

Question 8

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind every job. If anything isn't right, we'll return and fix it — no questions, no charge.

Rooms and fronts, transformed.
